  1. Cori, I think this is a great plan! It sounds similar to great programs that my school has in place, and I think you'll find success with your action steps.

    The only suggestion I have is to define the ways that technology can enhance and improve classroom instruction. Let teachers know exactly HOW it will improve what they do with students, and what specifically it can improve. Communication? test scores? Discussions? Dissemination of information? Lesson delivery? Developing 21st c. skills? I think you should develop or communicate a mission statement explaining how and what improvements technology can make for today's learners.
